Women's Fellowship - Each Tuesday afternoon 2:00-4:00pm, women gather at Kingston Citadel for a light lunch, time of fellowship, and a brief program which varies from week to week.  Through small fund-raisers, this women's group sponsors 2 children from developing countries, so that they can have adequate food, shelter, clothing, education, and medical care.  New women are always welcome!

Men's Fellowship - takes place on the first Friday of each month, when we gather at the church in the Fireside Room at 6:30pm, sometimes for pot luck, often with a guest speaker, always for fellowship. The men of our Corps are involved in various activities in Corps service.

We also meet the last Saturday morning of every month with the men from Rideau Heights Community Church (183 Weller Avenue) and enjoy a morning breakfast, testimony and a special speaker.

We also attend every Men's Rally opportunity as a Men's group.  Our main goal is to motivate men to actively pursue salvation through repentance towards God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ - and then on to discipleship and service.

Summer Softball League - Each summer The Salvation Army has been able to put together several softball teams, with a mix of men and women from Kingston Citadel church on Centennial Drive and Rideau Heights church on Weller Avenue. We play softball 2 nights per week. This program is run through the Kingston District Church Softball League. A variety of other christian churches from within Kingston and the surrounding area also have teams in the league. This is non-competitive softball for all ages, we invite you to join us for summer fun and great exercise too!
